v1 means it is the first stable version, the second number .0 means the version of major updates, which involves change in APIs, and will likely break your custom environments. The third .0 is for minor changes, which will not break your environments. Check #Change Log for details.
For the prebuilt version, it is recommended to have it updated whenever there is an update for the addressable assets. We recommend checking the change logs to have an idea about the details of each update. For your custom environments, you need to make sure that the changes won’t affect your environments before proceeding.
